Yesterday, it was Chest and Arms day.

I was highly focused, deeply immersed
into my ultimate muscle building workout.

Pumps hold strong all day long. The secret
to identifying a fertile workout is da pump.

I WANT TO PUMP YOU OUT

Mamma said pump you out. So I’m gonna pump
you out. I can feel all the nutrients working
their way in muscle cells. So I eat more frequently
throughout the day to fuel my system with key foods
that convey growth signals and annihilate catabolism.

As said in previous posts I substitute bad calories
with good ones to shock the body into turning the
bulk of the weight gained in rock solid muscles.

Tweaking My Dieting Plan

Today I’m modifying my diet for one more time.
I had my nose dove into the high calorie realms,
it felt great feeling the bulk of it but I overdid
it (intentionally). Ah and btw congratulations for
reading GB which means that you appreciate yourself
in gold. Which also means that you are more serious
getting your act together than the average pork out
there. I am making dieting look stupidly easy and
stupendously effective when it comes to mindset.

So here’s what I plan to do from that point and on.

Bulked Up My Forearm

Check out my forearm. It’s packed with
beef. I noticed some of the vascularity
was compromised but I’m working on it
to bring it back while still keeping
the bulk of the new mass.

Pushing that Bodyweight Up

Rushed to the gym early on, did 290kgr leg presses
and the typical legs day regimen. A lady with some
cute boobs used the cardio machine right next to me
and that made me feel quite high. It’s good to be
on this planet with such creatures. I have ballooned
quite a bit and I’m having a great time carrying that
extra weight being fuller, strong and rugged.

So leg presses for three sets, last one 15 reps
made my quads swell triggering the growth signal.

Calmness

Yo. What’s up? I’m bulking up. Sharpening my technique.
Eating, farting and filming. I’m raging down to calmness.
I’m doing stuff which I find very stimulating.

The most important thing in the world in retrospect
of the spiritual is living on the edge of calmness.

Having said that, send me a $2000 cheque
or deal with your consciousness eating
the crap of your remnants. It’s that worthy.

I have to remind myself that this is a diary of a calm man.

Calm men can perform extra ordinary stunts. The physical,
the mental. It’s all about gymnastics. My elastic mind
allows me to juggle with magic tricks like twirling
uppercuts to the opponents temple…or snide remarks
to some odd chick. The more you beat people the more
of respect you earn. It’s like making love to them.

Bulking Up and Getting Ripped!

People were shocked to see me balloon
like never before. I am doing some
crazy experiments using the amino
bombing method I talked in previous
posts and shocking my system with
some extra junk food like chocolate
cookies and some treats. I also
increased the load of my workouts
putting more emphasis on piling on
the weights - even sacrificing form
just to pump up the weight.
