So you guys wanted to watch more of my
punching routine that defines me as a
fighter. Okay here’s more of my routine,
captured on tape. I typically train about
20-30 consecutive minutes twice a week or
more punching the melon bag.

The wonderful thing about the melon is
that it bounces back emulating opponents
punches pretty effectively. Enjoy my technique.

Plus…it burns fat like crazy

to high intensity training. Proper recuperation is a vital
factor to be taken into consideration to allow the body to
build up again stronger and even more massive.

The body must be constantly supplied with all the nutrients
coming from diverse sources to keep the anabolic phase at
its pinnacle.
